Description
The League of Oregon Cities, serving as lead contracting agency for National Purchasing Partners and participating agencies, is soliciting proposals for a broad range of government courier, shipping, delivery, express delivery, freight, logistics, and secure transport services. The scope includes ground and express delivery; less-than-truckload and air freight; international shipping and customs brokerage; mail and parcel consolidation; supply chain, warehousing, and fulfillment; packaging and shipping-management technology; specialized and regulated shipments; same-day and routed courier services; medical and specimen transport; secure evidence and sensitive-material transport; armored and cash-in-transit services; and cash management, vaulting, and ATM services. Proposers may offer their full catalog or selected categories, and multiple awards may cover local, regional, national, and Canadian capabilities. The estimated annual transaction volume is approximately $25 million, although volume is not guaranteed. The resulting Master Price Agreement will have a four-year term with a possible one-year extension.
