Description
The League of Oregon Cities is soliciting proposals to establish a four-year Master Price Agreement, with a possible one-year extension, for simulation and training products and services used by public safety and municipal organizations. The scope includes fire service, law enforcement, EMS, municipal workforce, online and digital platforms, mobile and deployable training units, training facilities and infrastructure, and related products and services. Proposers may respond to any applicable categories and are encouraged to offer their complete catalog with catalog discounts, fixed pricing, or a combination of pricing methods. The resulting agreement will be available through cooperative purchasing to participating government, education, tribal, nonprofit, and other public entities throughout the United States and Canada. Multiple awards may be made. Proposals must address product or service capabilities, pricing, delivery, warranties, distribution, customer support, marketing, applicable standards and regulations, and required compliance certifications. The solicitation requires one electronic PDF proposal uploaded to the designated submission website and includes a completed Proposer Profile Workbook, references, pricing schedule, complete current catalog pricing, proposal narratives, signed addenda if applicable, and required certifications and declarations.
