Description
The State of Oregon, through its Department of Administrative Services, State Procurement Services, is issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) for HVAC Water Treatment Hot/Cold Water Systems Services for DAS-Owned Buildings. The scope includes maintenance, repair, and installation services for heating, air conditioning, and ventilation systems, as well as the supply of air purifiers, cooling tower water treatment equipment (including non-chemical options such as ozone, centrifugal separators, and magnetic descaling), portable/room air conditioning units, and commercial/industrial air conditioning systems. The contract will cover services for multiple buildings owned by the state. A mandatory pre-proposal conference will be held as detailed in Section 4.2 of the RFP.
