Description
The League of Oregon Cities, acting as lead contracting agency for National Purchasing Partners Government Division and participating agencies, is soliciting proposals for a Master Price Agreement covering government fleet vehicles, electric-vehicle charging infrastructure and related services, vehicle upfitting and equipment, replacement and aftermarket parts, fleet maintenance and repair, telematics and GPS tracking, fleet-management software, fuel cards, and related fuel services. Proposers may respond to one or more categories and are encouraged to offer their complete catalog of responsive products and services, including future models and related offerings. The resulting agreement is intended for use by participating government, education, tribal, nonprofit, and other public entities throughout the United States and Canada. Multiple awards may be made based on product lines, services, distribution capabilities, and geographic coverage. Pricing may be submitted as catalog or published-price discounts, firm-fixed prices with economic adjustments, or a combination. The estimated annual transaction volume is approximately $30 million, although purchases are not guaranteed, and successful proposers must pay a 2% contract administration fee on actual net sales. Responses must include the required proposer workbook, references, pricing schedule, complete current catalog pricing, proposal narratives, certifications, and other specified materials.
