Description
The City of Salem is soliciting bids for removal and replacement of fencing and gates around the City of Salem Shops Complex. Bids must be completed on the furnished bid forms and submitted electronically through Equity Hub's Bid Locker by the stated closing deadline. A mandatory pre-bid conference is scheduled, and a 10 percent bid security is required. Work will take place in Marion County, Oregon. Projects exceeding $50,000 are subject to Oregon prevailing-wage requirements, and applicable contractor or subcontractor licensing requirements may apply.
