Description
The League of Oregon Cities, serving as lead contracting agency for National Purchasing Partners Government Division and participating public and nonprofit agencies, is soliciting proposals for a Master Price Agreement covering weapons detection screening and surveillance systems and services. The scope includes weapons and metal detection, personnel and body scanning, X-ray baggage and parcel screening, gunshot and acoustic threat detection, video surveillance and AI detection, detection software, monitoring and analytics, and installation, maintenance, integration, calibration, and training services. Proposers may respond to any applicable categories and are encouraged to offer their complete catalog, including future related products and services. Products must be new, unused, and current unless identified as remanufactured. Multiple awards may be made by product category, service, distribution region, or geographic capability, including local, national, and Canadian coverage. The resulting Master Price Agreement will have a four-year term with a possible one-year extension and may be used by participating agencies throughout the United States and Canada. Pricing should generally be offered as catalog or published-price discounts, fixed pricing with identified economic adjustments, or a combination, with freight, delivery, volume discounts, and other incentives clearly explained. The solicitation requires a signed electronic proposal in PDF format, including the requested response materials, pricing, references, profile workbook, complete current catalog pricing, and certifications.
