Description
The Oregon Health Authority seeks a qualified vendor to provide a fully managed Software-as-a-Service solution for its statewide Prescription Drug Monitoring Program. The solution must securely collect, store, and transmit controlled-substance prescription data; provide a secure web portal and real-time access for authorized healthcare users; support peer-comparison reporting; and facilitate interstate data sharing through PMP InterConnect or RxCheck. The contractor will provide implementation, hosting, operations, maintenance, support, security, regulatory compliance, documentation, quality assurance, service-level management, and system enhancements. The platform must support interoperability with electronic health records, health information exchanges, pharmacy systems, and other third-party integrations through open APIs or interfaces. Proposals must include technical and administrative responses, pricing, enhancement rates, security requirements, service and system requirement responses, key-person resumes, three references, and at least three relevant work samples. The anticipated initial contract term is five years, with possible renewals at the agency’s discretion.
