Description
Hidalgo County is soliciting sealed bids for as-needed off-premises records storage, pickup, retrieval, delivery, and document shredding services. The contractor must maintain a staffed storage facility entirely within Hidalgo County and provide secure storage, inventory tracking, transportation, retrieval, delivery, reporting, personnel, vehicles, and equipment. Shredding must meet the stated security and size requirements, use background-screened personnel, protect confidentiality, and include final pulping of shredded paper. The contract is expected to have a one-year initial term with two additional one-year renewal options. The solicitation requires the specified response forms, certifications, affidavits, insurance documentation, and references, including four references and a canceled-project reference when applicable.
