Description
The Metropolitan Water District of Southern California is soliciting bids for new, unused Hach laboratory supplies, or approved equivalent products, under an Inventory Replenishment Contract. Bidders must price 100% of the line items, identify the brand and manufacturer part number for each item, and provide products meeting the stated specifications. The supplier must deliver ordered items within seven calendar days, provide freight prepaid to destination, support deliveries to Metropolitan facilities, and accommodate inspection, returns, warranties, and possible sample requests. The supplier must maintain adequate owned warehouse and office facilities, have at least five years of verifiable experience supplying the covered items, and submit information on four similar recent projects. The contract has a one-year initial term with two optional one-year renewals. The supplier must provide quarterly usage reports and maintain specified commercial general liability, automobile liability, and workers' compensation insurance. Responses must include online bid pricing and the required supporting documents, including the Conflict of Interest Statement, Recent Projects form, supporting technical documents for non-specified brands, and acceptance of Metropolitan's terms and conditions.
