Description
The U.S. Government is seeking a lease for 15,000 to 16,000 square feet of hangar space in a defined area in or near Edinburg, Texas. The hangar must have a door height of at least 14 feet, 24/7 keyed access, internet access capability, included utilities, outdoor parking for a fuel truck, and parking for up to 25 civilian vehicles. Up to 1,000 square feet of air-conditioned office space is desired if available. The initial lease term may be up to 12 months, with up to four additional 12-month option periods and 30-day termination rights. The lease may begin as soon as feasible but no later than December 22, 2026. Respondents must be hangar or building owners, or representatives with an exclusive right to represent the owner; authorized representatives must submit an executed exclusivity or similar agreement with their response. Qualified respondents will receive the subsequent Solicitation for Offers Lease Package.
