Description
The Department of the Air Force is soliciting a firm-fixed-price quote for two complete vertical automated storage and retrieval systems for the 100th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron at RAF Mildenhall. The contractor must furnish, deliver, install, level, anchor, test, commission, and place the systems into operational service, including all hardware, controls, safety devices, installation materials, operating and maintenance documentation, operator training, and a minimum one-year parts-and-labor warranty. Each system must fit within the available installation space, support at least 650 kg per storage carrier and 19,000 kg of total system storage capacity, provide secure access and inventory organization, and include emergency stops, access protection, overload protection, and operator safety interlocks. Delivery and installation must be completed within 90 calendar days after contract award. Quotes must use the provided Quote Sheet and include technical documentation describing compliance with the Statement of Work and the projected completion timeline; technical documentation may not exceed 20 pages. An active SAM registration and CAGE or NCAGE code are required for award eligibility.
