The Washington State Military Department is seeking quotes for exactly 57 heavy-duty, mobile metal personnel lockers. Each unit must be open-style, single-sided, and constructed with steel tubing and structural mesh, without doors. Units must be no more than 58 inches wide, divided into three vertical positions, and equipped with locking casters rated for at least 250 pounds per wheel. Each position must include a garment rod, mesh shelf, security box that is locking or can accept a padlock, and at least two hooks. The finish must be powder-coated or equivalent, preferably black or gray. Pricing must include the lockers and delivery, and bidders must state the delivery lead time after receipt of order. The quote package must include the completed specification sheet, quote price sheet, bidder information and signature page, required certifications, and any requested descriptive literature. The contract may permit additional purchase orders on an indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity basis for one year after award, under the same terms and conditions.
