Description
The U.S. Geological Survey is seeking a single self-storage or warehouse unit in Memphis, Tennessee, with 560 to 600 rentable square feet and outdoor boat parking. The space will store mission-critical water-quality instrumentation, kayaks, large construction tools, and other equipment supporting hydrologic monitoring and storm-response operations. The facility must provide safe vehicular access and circulation for large vehicles, secure gated entry, a lockable unit door, and access 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The lease has a 60-month full term and a 24-month firm term, with no option term. The offered space must meet applicable fire-safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability requirements and may not be located in a 1-percent-annual-chance floodplain. Janitorial services are not required.
