Description
The U.S. Government is seeking a lease for office and administrative space combined with outdoor motor pool space within a delineated area in or near Edinburg, Texas. The office component must provide at least 3,000 square feet, including 2,000 square feet of storage, internet access capability, keyed access, and 24/7 access. The outdoor motor pool must provide at least 40,000 square feet on a concrete or cement surface, with 24/7 access, perimeter fencing, a gate, and access limited to authorized personnel. Parking for up to 25 civilian vehicles is also required, and utilities must be included in the proposal price. The lease may begin as soon as feasible but no later than December 1, 2026, with an initial term of up to nine months and 60-day termination rights. Respondents must be building owners or representatives with an exclusive right to represent the owner; representatives must submit an executed exclusivity or equivalent agreement with their response. Qualified respondents will receive a Solicitation for Offers Lease Package by email.
