The City of Edinburg Parks & Recreation Department is soliciting bids for 12,000 custom printed cooling-performance short-sleeve Dri-Fit race shirts: 11,500 white shirts for the 10K/Fun Run and 500 red shirts for the Miracle Mile. The shirts must be supplied in specified adult and youth size quantities, with event branding and sponsor logos printed on the front, back, and sleeves as specified. The vendor must provide logo color separation, and artwork, setup, and other applicable charges must be included in the quote. All shirts must be printed and delivered no later than January 11, 2027. Bidders must submit pricing for the shirt lines, applicable extended-size charges, shipping, artwork, and setup. The response requires completion of the General Questionnaire, Litigation Disclosure, Conflict of Interest disclosures, Texas House Bill 89, Senate Bills 13 and 19, Non-Collusion Affidavit, and other listed vendor forms. Electronic submission is available, with hard-copy submission also permitted under the stated instructions.
