Description
Edinburg Consolidated Independent School District is soliciting proposals for moving portable buildings in multiple sizes, from 10' x 10' units through 28' x 40' units, as well as portable storage units under 200 and 400 square feet. Pricing must include anchoring where specified, with separate pricing based on whether the work occurs within a school campus, outside a campus within five miles, or outside a campus more than five miles. The solicitation also requests pricing for removal and installation of building-frame anchors or tie-downs and for cross beams used with prefabricated buildings. The opportunity is a term contract beginning October 1, 2026, or soon thereafter, and ending September 30, 2027, with two additional one-year renewal periods available by mutual agreement. Responses must be submitted through the online bidding portal; faxed and emailed submissions are not accepted. The response requires completion of the district's proposal forms and submission of the Certificate of Interested Parties (Form 1295), Conflict of Interest form, Substitute W-9 and Direct Deposit Authorization form, Supplier Information, and five references.
