Description
Edinburg Consolidated Independent School District is seeking multiple vendors to provide printing services and all items included in the vendors’ catalogs. Vendors must propose a discount percentage from catalog prices, including shipping charges. The district will award to all vendors that submit a bid and may issue purchase orders as supplies are needed; there is no guaranteed annual volume, although first-year purchases are estimated at approximately $500,000. Orders over $5,000 require three quotes from the approved vendor list. Vendors must maintain substantial inventory and provide delivery to any district location, including 31 elementary schools, six middle schools, five high schools, and administrative and support offices. Delivery must be free of charge, occur during normal working hours, and generally be completed within 30 days of the purchase order. Vendors must identify delivery times and have the experience, qualifications, stock, and facilities needed to perform the contract. The initial term runs from October 1, 2026, or soon thereafter, through September 30, 2027, with two additional one-year renewal periods available by mutual agreement; renewal is not automatic.
