Description
Public Services and Procurement Canada is seeking information from owners, agents, or mandatories regarding the availability of approximately 280–550 usable square metres of contiguous warehouse or warehouse/office space and one parking space for a potential lease. The proposed premises must include two separate washrooms, basic utilities including 200-amp electricity, heating capability to at least 20°C, a minimum unobstructed ceiling height of 3.05 metres, an overhead loading door measuring at least 2.44 metres by 2.44 metres, pedestrian access, and capacity for an additional water supply. The building systems must accommodate occasional occupancy of up to 30 people and typical occupancy of up to 20 people, with approximately 14 public parking spaces available within one block. The potential lease is approximately three years, commencing on or about January 1, 2027, with two additional one-year extension options. Interested parties must provide the file number, building location and municipal address, current zoning, the specific location and measured area of the proposed space, architectural drawings showing washrooms, exits, and other design elements, parking details, and information addressing the stated criteria. Agents must also provide a letter authorizing them to respond. This is an expression-of-interest inquiry rather than a tender or request for proposals, and PSPC may use the information for a future leasing process. Proposed building owners will eventually need a valid Reliability-level security clearance if a future tender process results.
