Description
The University of Oregon is seeking a vendor-provided Student Experience Survey platform to administer, distribute, collect, analyze, and report student feedback across multiple academic terms. Required capabilities include survey creation and version management, automated email and SMS distribution, reminders, response tracking, dashboards, reporting and trend analysis, role-based access, data imports and exports, documented integrations, migration from the existing survey solution, and administrative user management. The vendor must provide implementation, configuration, testing, deployment, historical-data migration, administrator training, go-live support, ongoing technical support, issue resolution, service-level commitments, and customer-success resources. The solution must comply with FERPA, applicable privacy and security requirements, WCAG 2.1 AA, and Section 508; protect respondent anonymity; encrypt data; support audit logging; and meet the University's data ownership, retention, deletion, breach-response, and data-use restrictions. Proposals must address experience, key personnel, higher-education references from the past five years, the proposed solution and implementation approach, training, accessibility, security, pricing, sustainability, and related supporting documentation.
