Description
The City of Philomath is soliciting proposals from instrument and control consultants to serve as its System Integrator of Record. The selected consultant will provide ongoing system integration and programming services related to the City's municipal utility infrastructure. Proposals will be evaluated through a formal competitive selection process, with award planned for the highest-ranked proposer. No prequalification is required.
