Description
The U.S. Department of Agriculture requires one brand-name-or-equal high-throughput screening system comparable to the Molecular Devices FLIPR Penta System. The system must process a full 96-well plate in approximately three minutes; provide high-speed kinetic fluorescence imaging at up to 100 frames per second; include automated reagent dispensing; provide high-sensitivity, low-noise optical detection; and support existing GPCR screening assays and workflows, including Receptor-i technology for peptide-based biopesticide discovery. The contractor must provide assembly and installation, equipment-operation training, and a minimum two-year warranty. This is an unrestricted, firm-fixed-price, FOB-destination purchase order with an anticipated 60-day period of performance after receipt of order. Quotations must include the completed SF1449, completed Trade Agreements Certificate and Place of Manufacture provisions, a technical capability narrative of no more than five standard letter-size pages, and pricing for all items.
