Description
The Colorado Community College System is seeking a long-term integrated strategic marketing and communications partner to support statewide brand awareness, student recruitment, enrollment growth, Colorado Online promotion, workforce and economic mobility initiatives, executive visibility, storytelling, and public engagement. Services may include audience research and segmentation, persona development, journey mapping, recruitment-funnel strategy, traditional and digital media planning and buying, paid social amplification, creative development, campaign execution, conversion optimization, analytics, reporting dashboards, and on-demand design support for digital and print media. The selected agency must demonstrate experience managing coordinated, multi-channel campaigns; navigating decentralized stakeholders across 13 colleges and more than 35 locations; and using data-informed strategies to improve campaign performance and return on investment. Deliverables must comply with applicable Colorado accessibility requirements and current WCAG Level AA standards, with marketing assets provided in English and Spanish when requested. Proposals must be submitted electronically as a single PDF through the designated procurement system.
