Description
The U.S. Geological Survey intends to make a noncompetitive, firm-fixed-price award to Mordor Intelligence Pvt Ltd for a subscription to proprietary market research reports and datasets covering global mineral commodity markets, including rare earth elements, antimony, tantalum, zirconium, and battery materials. The subscription includes 10 on-demand custom reports, up to 400 off-the-shelf reports, up to 500 analyst hours, and 400 AI credits for searching the provider's report platform. Reports will be provided under a corporate license for internal use by USGS National Minerals Information Center staff. The notice is a sole-source intent to award and invites vendors with a similar capability to submit an affirmative response by the stated deadline. The anticipated period of performance is September 24, 2026, through September 23, 2027, with a base year plus two option years described in the requirement.
