Description
The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service seeks continuing statistical and analytical support for the Red Bluff Fish and Wildlife Office's Habitat Restoration, Hatchery Evaluation and Monitoring, Mainstem Juvenile Fish Monitoring, and Tributary Monitoring programs, including the Battle Creek and Clear Creek programs. Services include developing, executing, automating, analyzing, and interpreting complex research and monitoring projects concerning fish and wildlife and federal water-project effects. The notice states that the anticipated contract will include a base period plus four option years and is intended as a sole-source award to Real Time Research, Inc. because of its prior development of the specialized statistical model, proprietary code base, and project-specific analytical framework required for continuation without substantial rework. Interested parties may submit a statement of capabilities demonstrating that competition would benefit the Government; this is not a request for competitive quotes.
