Description
This is a Request for Information (RFI) for multipurpose audiovisual systems for a school district. The district is seeking options for AV systems that include audio, video, and integration with existing building PA systems (FrontRow). The scope includes mobile lecterns with display connections, wall plates for connectivity, and termination of Cat6 cables in the AV rack. Additionally, the vendor must provide construction administration services including attending weekly virtual construction meetings (8 meetings of 30 minutes each) hosted by SitelogIQ during July, August, and September 2026. The district uses Microsoft Teams and expects compatibility with common conferencing platforms.
