Description
Lane County seeks multiple contractors to establish as-needed retainer agreements for 24/7 on-call repair, maintenance, testing, and related services at various County locations. The scope includes audio/video and technology repair, data center maintenance, pest control, fencing, fire and life safety systems, cleanup, generators, hoists and cranes, HVAC and building controls, well plumbing, scaffolding, septic systems, minor tree trimming, trail and pathway repair, vegetation management, and welding and fabrication. This is a second round of the County's prior on-call retainer solicitation. Contractors awarded a contract in the previous round do not need to submit another proposal. The County expects to make multiple awards and may add services as needed.
