Oregon State University (OSU) is issuing a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for a Reserve Contract Program for Construction Related Services. The program allows qualified contractors to provide construction-related services to OSU across a wide range of trades, including but not limited to general contracting, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, masonry, roofing, painting, and many others as listed in Exhibit 1. Individual supplements under this program are valued at up to $2,000,000. The contract term runs until November 30, 2030. Contractors must be registered with the Oregon Construction Contractors Board and provide required insurance and bonds. The program uses three procurement methods based on project value: targeted (up to $250,000), limited ($250,001 to $500,000), and comprehensive ($500,001 to $2,000,000). Contractors are not guaranteed work but may be awarded multiple supplements during the term.
