Description
The University of Oregon Athletics Department is seeking one or more qualified vendors to provide secondary-market ticket sales services. The awarded vendor must purchase a minimum of 5,900 football season tickets, with ticket quantities and seating locations negotiated at award, and may also purchase and resell basketball, single-game football, and postseason tickets. The vendor may sell selected single-game tickets through consignment or revenue-sharing arrangements, negotiate pricing controls subject to the University's final approval, process ACH payments, and use digital ticket transfers, with preference for capability to use Ticketmaster's online transfer process. Responses must include the completed and signed Representations, Certifications, and Acknowledgements form; the completed Contractor's Proposed Quote Details form; fee information; a resale philosophy and distribution plan; proposed secondary-market platforms; desired ticket quantities and seating locations; and at least three references from work performed within the past 12 months. The anticipated initial term is two years beginning July 1, 2027, with three additional one-year extensions available at the University's discretion.
