Submission Instructions
Description
The City of Halsey is seeking a contractor to reconstruct West H Street from West 3rd Street to West 5th Street, including surface drainage improvements. The selected bidder must submit a project schedule, and award will consider both the lowest responsive and responsible bid and the submitted schedule. Bids must be submitted by the stated deadline and will be publicly opened. Prospective bidders must join the Plan Holders List by emailing company contact information with the project title in the subject line; plan-holder registration is required for bid consideration. Bidding documents, including the project manual, plans, specifications, agreement, and bid forms, are available through the City's designated website. Funding is subject to receipt of a small cities allotment grant from the Oregon Department of Transportation.
