Description
Harrisburg School District is requesting Statements of Qualifications from experienced general contractors for the seismic rehabilitation of Harrisburg High School. The project will improve the building's structural integrity during seismic events and ensure compliance with current building codes and standards, with funding provided through a Seismic Rehabilitation Grant. This Request for Qualifications is the first step of a two-step process. The Invitation to Bid and detailed project specifications and drawings will be distributed only to firms selected as most qualified through this RFQ. Evaluation will consider company or team qualifications, history, safety, relevant firm experience, staff qualifications, company locale, and other stated criteria. Respondents must submit one electronic PDF copy on a flash drive and five paper copies of their Statement of Qualifications in a sealed envelope.
