Description
Lane County is soliciting solid waste engineering and technical services, including landfill engineering design, construction management, construction quality assurance, AutoCAD mapping, operations support, regulatory assistance, hydrogeological services, closure and post-closure financial assurance, leachate management, and environmental monitoring and reporting. The primary scope includes designing and managing construction of an upcoming 20-acre landfill liner project at the Short Mountain Landfill and assisting with annual regulatory reporting and operational needs to achieve permit compliance. The contract is for a three-year period with an option to extend for an additional two years, with an estimated total cost of $1,200,000.
