Lane County is hosting an informational open house for general contractors, construction firms, subcontractors, engineering firms, architectural firms, and other organizations interested in public-agency construction, remodeling, repair, and maintenance work. The event will cover how to find contracting opportunities, understand solicitation processes, and prepare for upcoming projects. Discussion topics include Design-Build and CM/GC delivery methods, Community Benefit Agreements, bidder prequalification, and registering for alerts about future contracting opportunities. No RSVP is required.
