Description
Bethel School District No. 52 is soliciting sealed bids for construction of a new 10,500-square-foot pre-engineered metal building to house its transportation and nutrition services departments. The facility will include bus maintenance bays, warehouse space, restrooms, an employee lounge, and walk-in freezers. The project also includes sitework for a large surface parking area, refueling area, bus wash canopy, and elevated stormwater garden deck. Bidders must comply with Oregon prevailing-wage requirements and applicable public-bidding statutes. A mandatory pre-bid conference and project-site walkthrough are required, and bidders are responsible for verifying receipt of all addenda.
