Description
The University of Oregon, on behalf of the Lundquist College of Business, seeks a scalable digital education platform for corporate and professional education. The selected contractor must design, develop, configure, implement, launch, host, and maintain a platform supporting registration, payment processing, course and workshop management, participant and company management, program portals, notifications, reporting, and multiple branded programs and corporate clients. The solution must integrate with the University's designated payment system, Slate, and University email; provide learner, administrator, instructor, and company dashboards; support security permissions, communications, reporting, testing, documentation, training, customer service, troubleshooting, and data migration; and comply with applicable accessibility, privacy, payment-card, and data-security requirements. Vendors must address similar projects, methodologies, references from the past five years, project approach, personnel, itemized pricing, sustainability, accessibility and security compliance, transition support, hosting, updates, and platform capabilities such as waitlists, AI readiness, prerequisites, collaborative workspaces, calendars, downloadable resources, and Canvas integration. The anticipated contract term is three years, with two optional two-year extensions, for a possible total of seven years.
