Description
Lane County is requesting qualification-based proposals to establish multiple price agreements for professional services performed on an as-needed basis. The requested service categories are financial and auditing services; architectural services for small projects; engineering services for small projects; structural engineer-of-record services; environmental surveys and assessments; geotechnical services; special inspections; and cultural and historic resources services. The solicitation contemplates multiple agreements and includes professional consulting and technical services across financial, architectural, engineering, environmental, inspection, and cultural-resource disciplines. Proposals are due October 7, 2026, at 4:30 p.m. Pacific Daylight Time. The solicitation identifies Bid Locker as the proposal-submission platform and states that registration with Lane County and login to Bid Locker are required.
