Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is conducting presolicitation planning for a FY26 recompete of its Electro-Therapeutic Modalities for Pain Management and Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation procurement program. The planned procurement is a total Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business set-aside with tiered evaluation and may result in multiple single-award base IDIQ contracts issued by CLIN/SLIN, followed by funded firm-fixed-price/IDIQ delivery orders. The requirement covers new OEM-manufactured, FDA 510(k)-cleared electro-therapeutic devices, including TENS and related modalities. Devices must meet applicable minimum technical requirements, be operational without subscriptions or app dependencies, include specified features such as adjustable parameters and rechargeable power where applicable, and be supplied with product samples, serial numbers, and scannable barcodes. Delivery is planned to the VA Denver Logistics Services facility, generally within 30 days after receipt of order unless otherwise directed. Contractors must also provide U.S.-based toll-free technical support and compliant web-based customer service and training.
