Piedmont Geriatric Hospital is soliciting a qualified vendor to provide all labor and materials for one initial inspection and inventory of all medical equipment, two preventive maintenance visits per year, and corrective repairs for biomedical equipment. The equipment covered by Attachment A may change after the full inventory is completed. The bid includes pricing for preventive maintenance and inspection services, new-equipment inspection and repair labor, and repair labor, with travel included in the hourly labor costs. The estimated annual cost is the determining factor for contract award and may be adjusted after the inventory is completed.
