Description
The Defense Health Agency seeks a firm-fixed-price contractor to provide annual preventive maintenance, calibration, safety testing, corrective maintenance, emergency support, software updates, OEM replacement parts, transportation, labor, tools, and related materials for two Medtronic Fusion stereotactic neuro surgical systems. Work includes maintaining the complete systems, subsystems, hardware, firmware, and software in accordance with manufacturer specifications; providing field service reports; and restoring equipment to fully operational condition. Parts must generally be new, certified OEM replacement parts, although warranted rebuilt parts may be permitted when new parts are unavailable. The contractor must be an OEM-certified service provider and an OEM-authorized dealer, distributor, or reseller, with current certification and ready access to OEM parts. Services are performed primarily on site during normal business hours, with telephone response and best-effort on-site corrective service requirements. The procurement includes a one-year base period and four one-year option periods. Quotes must address business information, technical capability, up to three recent and relevant past-performance examples, and firm-fixed pricing for all periods.
