Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is soliciting a firm-fixed-price contract for preventive maintenance, calibration, corrective maintenance, technical support, proprietary software and cybersecurity updates, OEM parts, and related services for four government-owned Bayer MEDRAD injector systems. Equipment includes Bayer MARK 7 Arterion, STELLANT FLEX, and STELLANT D systems. The contractor must provide qualified field service engineers, maintain a current Bayer Healthcare authorized service distributor relationship or agreement, use new OEM parts, respond by telephone within one hour of notification, and begin on-site service within eight hours when telephone resolution is not possible. The scope also requires annual preventive maintenance, service documentation, calibrated test equipment, technician credentials, and compliance with applicable manufacturer and healthcare equipment standards. The contract includes a base year and two one-year option periods, from October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2029.
