Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs is soliciting proposals for a single-award, firm-fixed-price requirements contract covering Medtronic EndoFLIP 300 physiologic motility analyzers and related products. The requirement includes EndoFLIP 300 systems, readers, pre-use tubes and kits, nasal and esophageal dilation catheters, one-, two-, and three-year service plans, and one- or two-day on-site training. Only Medtronic products and new original-equipment-manufacturer items are acceptable; vendors must be the OEM, an authorized dealer, distributor, or reseller and provide current OEM authorization documentation. The contract will support decentralized orders and deliveries to Veterans Health Administration facilities nationwide, including U.S. territories. The ordering period consists of one 12-month base period and four 12-month option periods, with no guaranteed purchase volume. Offerors must submit technical, past-performance, veterans-preference, price, and offer/certifications volumes, including the completed price schedule, technical compliance information, three relevant past-performance references from the past three years, and an OEM authorization letter.
