Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office 6 intends to procure a sole-source service agreement for the Philips Xper IM Flex Cardio R2.x system at the Durham VA Medical Center. The agreement covers hardware and software maintenance, including associated software licensing, warranty, service, and replacement parts in accordance with the original equipment manufacturer's terms and conditions. The notice is limited to the Philips Healthcare division of Philips North America LLC or an OEM, authorized dealer, authorized distributor, or authorized reseller able to provide documentation of authorization. Remanufactured and gray-market items are not acceptable. This is an intent-to-sole-source notice, not a request for quotation; interested parties may submit capability information for consideration of a competitive procurement.
