The Defense Health Agency is procuring two GE Healthcare MAC 7 12-lead resting electrocardiographs, two MAC 7 Basic Compact Trolleys, two OPT Simple Arms, two OPT Line Hooks, two boxes of Resting ECG TAB Electrodes, and two packages of ECG thermal paper. The systems must be commercially available, new, covered by a minimum 12-month manufacturer warranty, and include documentation verifying conformance. The electrocardiographs must provide computerized adult and pediatric ECG interpretation, a color high-resolution touchscreen with integrated keyboard, a lightweight compact design, DICOM/HL7/XML bidirectional connectivity without middleware, cart mounting, standard AC power, at least 5.5 hours of backup battery operation, enclosed cable management, and secure manufacturer-delivered software updates. Delivery is required 90 days after receipt of order, with partial shipments permitted only with written Government approval.
