Description
The Defense Health Agency seeks a firm-fixed-price purchase order for 12 FitCheck Solo systems, including accessories. The systems are specialized quantitative hearing-protector fit-testing equipment using real-ear attenuation at threshold, with portable components including a laptop, host software, headphones, patient response equipment, Android tablets, and a QR-code scanner. The requirement includes delivery and setup; all parts and equipment must be brand new. The systems must be procured from the original equipment manufacturer or an OEM-authorized dealer, distributor, or seller. The proposed solution must describe compliance with the performance work statement, implementation and transition approach, item specifications and capabilities, delivery schedule, warranties, and any applicable resources and methods. The equipment is standalone and must not require network connectivity; virtual or online training materials are required, while on-site training is not. Delivery is required on or before October 30, 2026, to the Navy Medicine East facility.
