Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is conducting market research to identify domestic medical electromyograph product lines and corresponding accessories. Respondents must provide commercial part numbers, manufacturer information, product descriptions, commercial-off-the-shelf status, and detailed U.S. and non-U.S. component percentages and costs to support verification under the DFARS 225.003 Domestic End Product definition. Respondents must complete the attached RFI questionnaire and spreadsheet, identify whether they are the manufacturer or can provide a manufacturer commitment letter, indicate business size under NAICS 334510, describe their preferred contract length, and state whether they can begin supplying estimated quantities within 60 days of award. This is an information request for market research only and does not constitute a solicitation or guarantee of a future procurement. DLA anticipates a one-year base period plus four one-year options for any potential future contract.
