The U.S. Navy is seeking a firm-fixed-price quote for the teardown, evaluation, inspection, and full repair of a SYNTHESIZER,ELECTRI, reference number 8217462-1, to like-new or “A” condition. Offerors must also provide a separate beyond-repair or beyond-economic-repair price. The repair must comply with applicable contractor repair standards, ISO 9001 quality-system requirements, ANSI/ESD S20.20 electrostatic-discharge controls, mercury-free requirements, and specified packaging and inspection requirements. Only authorized distributors of the original manufacturer’s item will be considered. Proof of authorized-distributor status on company letterhead, signed by a responsible company official, must accompany the quote. The quote must include the required repair information, including repair turnaround time, throughput constraint, and induction expiration date. Shipping-material costs should not be included because the Government’s shipping system or ATAC will handle shipment and delivery. An option quantity may be exercised within 180 days after award.
