Description
The university seeks a vendor to print, assemble, and mail 25,000 admitted-student packets. Each packet includes a printed envelope, die-cut folder, sticker sheet, felt pennant, and metallic-red card. The university will provide print-ready artwork and mailing lists; the vendor must produce proofs, kit the components, inkjet addresses and nonprofit permit indicia, sort the mail, and deliver the mailings to USPS on five specified entry dates. The vendor must also deliver 1,200 fully assembled packets to the university. Quotes must include itemized pricing for each printed component and each mailing, all delivery and shipping charges, and the proposed material and production method for the metallic-red card. Physical samples of previously produced products comparable to the specifications are required by the quote deadline; digital samples are not accepted. The vendor must provide at least two references for similar print jobs, and past performance on university printing contracts is part of the evaluation. Print brokers will not be considered.
