Description
Beaver County is soliciting sealed bids for the production and distribution of a 68-page Attractions Guide for Beaver County Tourism. The work includes printing a two-color, saddle-stitched guide with a 100-pound gloss cover and text stock, trimming to 7.5 by 10.75 inches, packaging in bundles of 25, boxing no more than 75 guides per box, and providing pricing for quantities of 30,000, 35,000, 40,000, and 45,000 guides for 2027 and two optional renewal years. The contractor must prepare shipments to multiple Pennsylvania and Ohio destinations, arrange freight and additional mailing or fulfillment to recipients designated by the County, and include all related addressing, sorting, handling, postage, and shipping costs. Bidders must submit the County's Bid Proposal Form, Exceptions Addendum, Affidavit of Non-Collusion, Beaver County Affidavit, Worker's Compensation Affidavit, and three references for similar contracts. A bid security equal to 10% of the submitted bid is required, with original signatures and seals for a bid bond; the successful bidder must later provide a 100% performance bond and required insurance.
