Description
The State of Delaware's Office of Management and Budget, Government Support Services, is seeking one or more vendors to furnish and deliver business cards and envelopes for state agencies and other authorized governmental entities. The scope includes standard and raised-print business cards, plain and specialty envelopes, optional one-color through full-color printing, variable printing, typesetting and layout, proofing, packaging, delivery, and related additional services. Products must meet specified paper, construction, print-quality, packaging, and United States Postal Service requirements. The resulting statewide contract will support as-needed orders and is intended to run from May 1, 2027, through April 30, 2029, with five one-year renewal periods and a possible month-to-month extension of up to three months. Vendors must submit pricing schedules, a technical response, samples of each item bid, business references, financial information, and required vendor forms. Subcontracting is permitted subject to identification and approval. Bid and performance bonds are waived.
