Description
Goodbuy Purchasing Cooperative is establishing one or more catalog/hourly-rate contracts for printing services and printing supplies. Vendors may offer hourly or per-job service rates, catalog or price-list discounts, and additional discounts for bulk quantities. A catalog or price list is required for supply bids, and vendors must identify the services, rates, catalogs, and discounts they are offering. Responses must be submitted through the program's online bid submission software by the stated deadline. Required response materials include a completed Form W-9, Goodbuy Regional Map, Edgar Vendor Certification Form, Texas Form 1295 documentation as applicable, the Goodbuy construction-related advisory, and the completed Procurement and Non-Discrimination Policy. The solicitation also requires completion of online bid attributes, vendor information, certifications, and pricing entries. The resulting contract is scheduled to run from February 1, 2027, through January 31, 2028, with a possible mutually agreed one-year renewal.
