Description
The Wyoming Oil and Gas Conservation Commission is requesting bids for all labor, equipment, services, and materials necessary to remove oilfield equipment and cut and cap flowlines at approximately 15 orphan well locations in Carbon County, Wyoming. The work includes equipment removal, flowline abandonment in accordance with Wyoming Oil and Gas Conservation Commission requirements, removal and disposal of oilfield materials, site restoration, utility locates, and related trucking and disposal services. Bidders must provide a price for each listed location, confirm their ability to begin upon contract execution and complete the project by April 30, 2027, submit required safety documentation, identify necessary equipment, provide a current rate sheet, and list any third-party contractors. The bid package must be completed and signed, with the completed response uploaded through the Public Purchase online bidding system in PDF, Excel, or Microsoft Office format.
